We are offering an opportunity to local businesses and national corporations to become sponsors of the fund raising events. Your contributions will be targeted exclusively in support for the Spring 2011 CenTex Festival to the Horse Boy Foundation and Minis and Friends.

The Central Texas Horse Festival and a growing number of dedicated volunteers do not receive any governmental or grant assistance.  The primary revenue source is from donations received from generous individuals and businesses such as you.

In order for us to reach our goals to donate to the two horse related 501(c)(3)’s non-profits -  we are reaching out directly to area businesses, family, and friends, and offering the opportunity to help by becoming a sponsor of The Central Texas Horse Festival!

While any sponsorship amount is greatly appreciated, a donation of $2500 or more will earn you a listing on www.CenTexHorseFestival.com, your company logo prominently displayed on festival arenas and grounds, on event T-shirts, and program, as well as all local and regional media releases and coverage of the event.

NOTE:  For tax-reporting purposes, all checks must be made payable to the CenTex Horse Festival. All sponsors will receive a W-9 form and an advertising/sponsorship invoice for tax-reporting and deduction purposes based on the sponsorship level selected
